Dannevirke Anglican Church – Welcome to our Patch – St. John's Mini Market held in the hall at the back of the Church from 9am til 1pm at 174 High Street. Contact Lynette Morgans 374 8801.

Norsewood Annual Flower Show 2014 at Hovding Hall. The hall will open for viewing between 10am and 2pm. All entries to be collected on Saturday between 2pm and 3pm. Hall will close at 3pm. Te Uri District Fundraiser Mountain Bike Challenge. A fun family day, riding over farm tracks with great views. Approx. 25kms. Adult $20, child $10. BBQ lunch included. Signposted from: Millers Street/High Street corner intersection (by The Warehouse) Dannevirke AND Takapau Ormondville Road at Te Uri/ Ormondville Road intersection, if coming from Hawke's Bay through Takapau township. Dannevirke Viking Choir presents "A Gilbert and Sullivan" concert. A selection of tunes from the maestros of comic opera. Fountain Theatre, Ward Street at 7.30pm. Door sales only, tickets $10 adults - $5 children. Raffle drawn on the day.
