Inaugural Charter Parade – leaving The Hub carpark at 12.30pm accompanied by the Dannevirke Highland Pipe Band – it will proceed to the Clock Tower where the Brass Band will play as part of the handing over of the Charter. The parade will then travel up High Street to Ballentynes corner before turning right and making its way to the former railway station. Streets will be closed. If wet this will be held on Saturday 13th August 2016.
